Logging in and forgotten passwords

Learn what to do if you’re having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password.

Did not receive a password-reset email, even though you had an account in the old portal? Please contact our support team at [email protected]

Did you have an account in the old portal?

Did you have access to the previous portal for access requests before December 11?
If so, you must set a new password in the new Safeday Access Portal.

  1. Enter the email address you used in the old portal.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. You will receive an email to reset your password. (also check the spam folder)

  4. After setting your new password, you can log in to the new portal.

General Login Issues

If you’re experiencing login problems, please check the following:

  • Are you using the correct email address?

  • Have you tried resetting your password? (see steps below)

If this doesn’t solve the issue, please contact your Chemelot representative.

Forgot Your Password?

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Below the Login button, click Forgot Password.

  2. If you have an active account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  3. Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.

  4. If you don’t receive an email, you may not have an active account.
