Logging in and forgotten passwords

Learn what to do if you are having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password.

Did you already have access in the old portal?

Did you have access to the previous access-request portal before December 11?
If so, you must set a new password in the Brightlands Access Portal.

  1. Enter the email address you used in the old portal.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  4. Once your new password is set, you can log in to the new portal.

Tip: Didn’t receive the email? Please check your spam folder.

General Login Issues

If you’re having trouble logging in, please check the following:

  • Are you using the correct email address?

  • Have you tried resetting your password? (see steps below)

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact your Brightlands representative for assistance.

Forgot Your Password?

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password below the Login button.

  2. If you have an active account, you will receive an email with a password reset link.

  3. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

  4. If no email arrives, you may not have an active account.
